Family

This quarter we finished all the steps to enter the adoption line; we’re still waiting for the judge to approve our case, but it seems to be just a matter of patience now. We had a small hope of having our kids here for Christmas, but the chances are pretty slim now. Let’s hope for next Christmas though.

Defining personal "branding"?

This one is odd, or embarrassing. I’m trying to better define a vision for me -- like a “brand”? I was never a person who cares much about my style, but there are times when you miss having well-thought real-life CSS haha. Small things that can make your life 1000x easier in the right moments… like… an… insurance?

Health / Fitness

On June 3rd this year I started running. This quarter I tried to make it less of a casual thing and more of a proper habit. For that, we’re setting weekly goals and scheduling proper time in the calendar for it. Yesterday we did a 3 km walk and a 3 km run with an average pace of 7" while running (my leg hurts af). The idea is to train for distance instead of time or speed, so ideally we’ll be able to run 5 km without stopping by the end of Q4.

Firecrawl

We’re growing like crazy. We had a great retreat in Crete where we were able to get to know everyone a little better. It’s been awesome haha.

Ikigai

I think I found what I’m good at, I like doing, it’s valuable, and Firecrawl needs: science, evaluations, and benchmarks. I still have a bunch of stuff to figure out but, yeah, one step at a time.
